Working with the right team to purchase or refinance a home in the Inland Empire of San Bernardino county is key in today's lending environment. Ensure you have the correct licensed lending professional reviewing and closing your home loan request, I am sure you do your due diligence when looking for a doctor, attorney, mechanic, etc, do the same when looking for a mortgage professional in your area.
Sometimes cheaper is not always better, customer service orientated, properly licensed, knowledgeable professional is the right path towards greener pastures. The worst thing you want to happen is, you are deep into your loan process and come to find out 3 weeks in you do not qualify to purchase the home you so desperately want to purchase.
